Dry, herbal, super acidic. Almost pillowy. Flavor I would associate with mead...light and fruity/floral. Right side in picture.

Surprise draft find. Never had Sang Bleu. Gorgeous color and conditioning, but beyond that, l found it pretty one-note and lacking depth/funk behind the fruit character. Acid on draft stayed pretty mellow, but I’d rather have an unfruited classic 3F.

Stop #7 the finale: First brew in our new hometown is cream of the crop! Bold funk on the nose, jammy on the palate, gorgonzola in a glass, beautiful burgundy on the eyes.

Short stop before Pacific city. You see Cantillon on draft, you get it. This is good, maybe not my fave of their line up. Jammy with lactic tartness.

Finding this on draft by accident...wow. That's good living. Very fruit forward and wine like with a little lighter drier finish. I think you could put this in the right wine tasting and no one would know.

Outstanding and elegant brew. Great grape variety. Tart and tannic. Slightly sweet and spiced. Astringent. Dry. Classy. Funky, leathery, dry. So easy. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, crispy/spritzy, mild carb. Vegetal. Vinous. Woody/oakey. Rustic. Big.
