Fantastisch mooie donkerrode kleur. Volop zurige fruitigheid. Gemaakt met blauwe honingbessen. De bessen hebben hun kleur mooi afgegeven maar de honing is achtergebleven in het vat 😅🙈. #properglassware

Very grapey in the nose at first before revealing a more full fruity note. On the palate it is nice and sour interspersed with tarty notes before leaving a sweetness on my tongue.

Birthday bev. Earthy fruity and lightly herbal. Had this at the loon factory as Camerise so a different vintage (2019). Seemed juicier then. Anyway it’s still top tier gear.

Très bon ! Très intense en fruit avec des petites notes épicées et un peu de funk, acidité assez douce et étonnamment pas mal de corps. Ça se boit très facilement. Un peu peur de faire vieillir ça de risque que ça perde son intensité
