Quite complex berries of the forest taste without me being able to pinpoint any in particular. Really nice balance of sourness, acidity, and carbonation.

4.4 라즈베리랑은 또 다른 폭신한 느낌의 쥬시함. 뭔가 몽글몽글한 과즙 느낌이 있다 해야하나 약간의 방구 펑키향도 있고 산미나 달달함이나 밸런스 굿

Prachtig bier met dito label. Nog nooit honingbessen gegeten volgens mij, maar in Lambik zijn ze in ieder geval erg lekker. Eerste tuinbier van 2023 volgens mij.

Tastes like strawberry. But actually blue honeysuckle. There’s no enough sour taste tho. Maybe aging 2 years would be better

Although I’ve never tasted a blue honeysuckle I now have a well formed vision of how it might taste. Deep purple fruits seep in. Acidic prune. Lightly coating my mouth w/ lambic film. Pings my palate in a pleasant way. Well framed vision. Ty Dave 4.26

My first beer at the new Veil is a Cantillon! The berries are nicely dry and acidic, and the signature light Cantillon funk makes this the typical tremendous Cantillon lambic.

Wow, dangerously easy drinking, fruit is intense with impressive length, berry, red fruit and spicy notes, a little marvel.

Wiecej dzikosci i to takiej ciut piwnicznej niz pamietam z poprzednich. Rowniez chyba wytawniejszy? Owocowosc fajna, kwasnosc owocowa, chlalnosc wysoka. Sliczne piwko. A, i Canti chyba ma znow jakies nowe korki?
