Super juicy, bit vinous, medium lactic acidity, Brett only a whiff in the finish. Clean. Reminds of buckthorn. Great carbonation.

Camerises assez goûteuses (pour des camerises!) avec un côté un peu vineux/tannique. Acidité citronnée et un peu astringente qui mène vers une finale longue et légèrement funky de fromage, de cuir et d'étable. Boisée, sèche. Excellent Lambic fruité!

Quite a bit more berries, woodsy blueberry with some of the branches in. Sweetish, drying and nice again. maybe I'd like a little more sourness.

Spennende fremmend bær med skogsbærpreg. Mine tanker flyr av gårde til samhold, samkvem, livskvalitet og frokoststunder med skogsbæryoughurt og kornblanding i lag med mine barn👌🏻
