A nice surprise considering I haven't had a Cantillon in quite a while and that it was acquired locally. Interesting blueberry character with the usual tart and funk factor. Good stuff!

Wow, this was an amazing find while walking around Bruges. Saw it in an alley way and checked the bottle list and damn. It's the ideal Belgian bar - tiny, dark, a host of locals here at opening. Great list of Cantillon, 3f and many more. Perfect place

In nose, sweet, berry jam, vinous. But in palate, dry, berry, red grape, earthy. Good always.

Yesterday. Much better than 2022, lightly sweet, tannic, funky.

First time I’ve had this bottled, and I liked it a lot of draft but this is better. Fruit flavor seems richer, stronger, like a combo of raspberry and blueberry with a floral finish. More sweet than sour, less acidity than I remember.

Lovely Sunday afternoon slow sipper. Really really jammy

A blood-red lambic. Quite tart. Part of the special pours at Longtable Beer Cafe's 6th anniversary week.

Fabulous tart sour. It’s what I wish khombucha could taste like.

Gentle aroma, full on lambic body. Sour, tang fresh. I suspect this'll be a classic in a few years.
