Puta qué belleza. Fina, muy leve tart y funk pero un chingo a durazno. De esos duraznos que apenas empiezan a madurar.

Great stuff. All the sweetness and just a bit of the bitterness from the apricots, funk, some acidity, low on carbonation. Drinks very clean. Will almost certainly be better in a couple of years

Na de Lambiek met Barbera-draf volgt de Fou' Foune, genoemd naar het vrouwelijke lichaamsdeel wat op een abrikoos lijkt . Fou Fou betekent getikt. Deze lambiek is superzacht, heerlijk soepel, geel fruit, fluweelzachte afdronk #bronkoop #75cl

Im Antrunk Süße von Früchten, Aprikose und Pfirsich. Rasch kommt dann aber eine konstringierende Säure hinzu, die zunächst den Geschmack dominiert um dann wieder abzuflachen und zur Süße zurückzukehren. Es bleibt interessanterweise die Säure übrig

Light hazy yellow to orange beer with a small white head. Smell is apricot mostly, little fermented. Taste is super fruity, apricot, bit of peach, solid sourness, little earthy. Very rich and smooth. Sweet fruity light sour and dry aftertaste.

I got super lucky and snagged the last bottle of this during my last trip to North Carolina. Cantillon never gets old.
