Cantillon Jan de Cuvée is a blend of one-, two-,three-year and four-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Cantillon. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. It's a beer only produced in 25 bottles, you can say F*** BJCP!
