Liv Og Glade Dage

Stout - Milk / Sweet

Christmas Stout brewed with pale malt, oats and various dark and roasted malt and a bit of lactose for the residual sweetness. The base beer is the same as "Liv og Glade Dage", but the two beers were split into different fermentation vessels after the boil. After the end of fermentation we added crushed ceylon cinnamon stick for that reminiscent christmas flavor.

Dejlig stout, sødlig, med gode chokolade noter. Bedre end jeg først tænkte. Rigtig god duft af god chokolade. Kanel, tja ikke meget med det dufter af det.
