Pale Ale - American

West Coast Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with beer bar Christian Firtal for their annual Pale Ale Festival (PAF). We used a base of Pale malt and added a touch of oats for a smooth texture. The beer is crystal clear, is moderately bitter and has a fruity and piney aroma from the generous additions of Amarillo and Simcoe hops.
