Det är först nu jag förstår att american pale ale (APA) och India pale ale (IPA) är typ samma sak. IPA är i regel mer humledriven med högre beska. APA är något mer maltig i smaken och beskan mer balanserad. Denna APA var hursomhelst mycket god! Skål!

As usual lately, Mikkeller does a better job of preserving the traditional American Craft styles than Americans themselves. Not their most inspired offering but a solid one for sure. Courtesy of Daniel
