Another delicious beer from Mikkeller's Limbo series. Gutted I couldn't get my hands on the blueberry or lime ones!

Even better than the Lowmotion Red, which is quite impressive. A very vibrant, off-dry and slightly tannic raspberry character. A little bit of vanilla and wheat. Snappy and dry, like a good modern berliner weisse.

Typical mikkellensis yeast (sour apple, grape skin, lemon juice) combined with aromatic raspberry, not much sweetness at all, hence not as lemonade-y as expected.
