Every single day can be a fresh start. Unencumbered by history, or the nuisances of trial and error. Every day can be an exercise in futility as the same failings as the day before plague you yet again.... You just have to drink enough. Go forth.

A little bit weird straight out the gate, but subsequent sips bode well for this brew. The nose is equal parts pine and citrus, with an underlying earthy character. Moderately sweet both on the nose and in the body, with the latter being balanced by hops.

IBU-1 and Simcoe hops are listed for this beer. Starts thin and opens up in mouthfeel. Unique.

Very solid IPA - from Copenhagen to Toronto, this one travels well. On the maltier side of the spectrum.

Pours a nice hazy yellow, with a small head retention. Not too hoppy, a pleasant combo of fruit, malt, coffee and cigar tobacco greets your nose.

Smooth and very lightly hopped. Floral with next to no bitterness.
