Nez plutôt ipa, un peu sucré. En bouche, c'est plutôt le côté oils et doux du miel qui ressort et qui reste. Je ne sens pas le gingembre malheureusement.

Comme annoncé... ginger honey. Fort gingembre d'ailleurs (0,5kg/HL appremment). Très peu typée avec des houblons continentaux assez neutres (résineux) pour laisser le côté miel gingembre qui est une belle associations gagnante
