What a nice day! And how it is nice to start it with beautiful wild from Denmark. Extremely sour. Helps to wake up better than ristretto.

Irgendwo zwischen Apfelessig und Cider. Deutlich säuerlich, fruchtig. Aber auch unterschwellige Aromen die sich wirklich gut ergänzen.

Goldfarben. Minimal trüb. In der Nase Apfelessig. Schmeckt fruchtig, Apfelaroma, Kitzelt die Wangen und kratzt minimal im Hals. Ein im Fass gelagertes Cider wäre auch nicht viel anders im Geschmack. Gut.

Very soury (to me even a bit too much), but if someone’s looking for a proper Sour Ale experience I think that’s the way to go.
