Definitely dry and a bit funky as well. Some hints of barrel ageing, a little tart on the finish.

This beer is a perfect example of a “champagne beer”, just slightly sour and blending the flavor of oak foeders and the wine they used to hold.

LCI but I'm about to crack another. No notes for this one, just to say that it's the best Geuze/Lambic I've ever had.
