Against my belief this was very tasty! This is where the wateryness of a non-alcoholic beer works nicely.

Croque madame and gose, nice. This one is well in style, sour and a tad salty, aqueous malts but really that blend well. Tart apple to me and cider a bit. Bitterness of lemon too

Nails the gose flavour, and some light citrus to go along with it. Super refreshing and just about beer-y enough. Delicious!
