A lager brewed w/ flaked rice, whole rice, barley malt, acidualated malt, yuzu & a blend of hops. Tasted nothing like it before. Very grainy & heavy yet light almost dry in flavour - I'm digging the experimentation Mikkeller :-)

Clear as a bell with a nice sharpness from the yuzu. Lager top anyone?

3.75* Light, fresh, and clean. The yuzu comes through and made it a perfect pairing with an Asian fish dish.
