Very malty with lots of honey notes. A bit too dry for my taste, but otherwise good.

Stewed pineapple nose. Hazy deep golden malts with tight carbonation and soft mouthfeel. Rich ripe pineapple notes dominate the aftertaste before drying off with a pithy, bitter finish

Nach dem Northern Monk Origin das nächste glutenfreie Pale Ale, das sich als absoluter Kracher entpuppt! Toll!

Det sier sitt når dette var det mest spennende hotellet hadde å servere av øl... Når også bartender presenterer et hvete øl som IPA, blir men ikke helt imponert. En grei pale til maten, men ikke mer heller.
