Stunning deep purple colour! There was a really familiar flavour that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Then it hit me. It was cherries. Felt really smart.

Vesi herahtaa kielelle! Mukava happamuus, ei kuitenkaan hammaskiillettä tuhoavassa mittakaavassa. Kirsikkaa runsaasti. Mukavaa pientä kuplaa. Joulukalenterin jäämistöä.

Nice rich cherry flavour. Sour and fresh, but also with a good bitterness.

Same look as 2019, thicker head. Nose is more herbal, grassy, hinting at less ripe fruits. Taste is also a bit more green and astringent. Marked notes of cinnamon. Sweat. Less of a liquid dessert. Dry and drying. Still great.

Somehow the SpontanCherry always nails the tail note of sweetness while keeping the funk going.
