This is so good I can’t even deal. The cherry and tartness prevails in richness it almost tastes like brambleberry with a touch of cinnamon. Heaven.

Œil : rouge vif, col moyen. Nez : cerises noirs puissantes, douceur, léger boisé, raisins. Bouche : grosse puissance des cerises (noyaux/peaux), acidité modérée, douceur, rondeur, léger vineux. Superbe longueur !

Textbook kirsebær-lambic….perfeksjon. God balanse mellom syrlighet og sødme, plenty smak av kirsebær. Den litt låve-aktige smaken av spontangjæring er prikken over i’en.

Well, fuck me blind this is good!!!!!! My 2nd beer in Copenhagen and it would take a banger to beat this. Deep fruity cherries balanced with a sour hit around the choppers. The ABV is >7% too. Oof

My most expensive beer ever. Sour ale with cherries grown on Danish wine estate. Who would have tought that to be possible. Very rich and subtle sour taste of cherries that reminisces of the great red burgundies, low tanine and a little genuine fruitiness
