2 años de guarda. En aroma persiste el ají harto, harta madera, algo ahumado, café tostado y algo leve licoroso. En boca bien tostada, ahumado más leve, algo de oxidación leve, vuelve lo licoroso, el ají sigue presente pero más leve, cacao y pan quemado

Nice rounded chili flavour, not so much heat but definitely with chili flavour.

Dark, bitter and roasted. With nice Chili flavor. If they had added some lactose to add some sweetness to counter the bitterness it could have been legendary.
