Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, many say, and if you are a beer geek there is no better way to start the day than with a powerful, complex morning stout. This is the beer that started it all for Mikkeller. Oatmeal Stout brewed with coffee and seven different kind of malt (Pils, Oat, Smoked, Caramunich, Brown, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate), roasted barley, oat flakes, hops (Centennial, Cascade), American ale yeast and gourmet coffee. Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors with a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish. A beer that goes extremely well with breakfast.

I was looking for Mikkeller Geek Breakfast Stout during my week trip and finally I found it in Airport Beer Bar. I especially like dark and bold beer, so this one for me Perfect! Very smooth, taste of coffee, cocoa and caramel ..

Работа с солодами здесь - моё почтение: темный, пивной коктейль, в котором кубики грильяжа щедро политы теплым, темным шоколадом и ромом. Но, при этом, тело - мягкое и кофейно-сухое. Сразу видно, что рецептура этого пива с годами выверна почти до идеала.

Хочется забить эту дорожку до последней капли! Просто тупо нюхать. Вдыхать. Наслаждаться. Очень сложная работа с солодами. Наши так в массе пока не умеют, честно надо признать. И это не какой-то там хитровыебанный имперец... А типа «oatmeal». Браво! 👏
