Vandaag dag 3 van de brouwcursus, we gaan een belgische Tripel brouwen. Zelf aan de alcohol arme bier omdat ik stand-by dienst heb.

So I was awaiting this one. Very hoppy soapy, grapefruit, citrus. Controlled sweetness, a tad bitter, but all in all a' excellent alcohol free yes. More like this!

Stabile Sache. Also die no-ABV Sachen von Mikkeller sind echt gut.

On the lighter side of a wheat beer. Low abv, hints of lemon, shandy comes to mind.

330ml (0.3%) on 19 Nov 2020, purchased on 18 Nov 2020 (bb 7 Jul 2021): floral, barley sugar aroma, straw, foamy off-white head, pretty ring of lacing, floral, wheat flavour, light, refreshing, moderate fizz, sweet.

Licht fruitig, sperzieboontjes, beetje zoet. smaak gaat licht richting ipa, maar weinig bitter. Prettig mondgevoel.

Had higher hopes for this one. Wasn’t the worst, but a bit too much on the sweet side, also really flat. Might be better in “The Sun”.
