Not much of a rose hint. Nice sour otherwise. .. yeasty malty.

Piwo degustacyjne. Kolor herbaty, praktycznie bez piany. Aromat kwaśny, dziki (stajnia, sianko) z dodatkiem drewna na koniec. Smak kwaśny, lekko dziki, czerwone porzeczki, cytryna. Brak w ogóle róży. Finish tępy i drewniany. Goryczki brak, nasyc. średnie.

This series is nice, interesting iteration with a not so common false fruit cynorrhodon, subtle, slightly sour, light tartness, floral, oakey side, pretty easy to drink 👍 Almost 4y / Bottled 21.09.17

Viime yöltä. Punervanruskea. Hapan, intensiivinen, selkeän lambicmainen. Ruusunmarja maistuu.

Sehr gutes spontan gebrautes Bier mit Hagebutten eingebraut, die allerdings nur sehr verhalten durchkommen. Angenehm tart, trocken und gut versteckte 7,7% Alkohol. Cheers 🍻
