Incredible. I love Frederiksdal, so great to see it pared with beer. BA flavors with tons of cherry a great tart, dry finish. Brew of the day this far 🍻

Cherry bomb. Red wine in aroma. Sour cherry with the oak cask in the aftertaste.

Boldly ripe cherry. Delightful pucker with a hint of sweetness to round it out. Hints of dried cherry as it warms. Just fantastic!

Great sour! Tart but not too tart. Reminds me of the dark sours of Rare Barrel. Cool to have a Denmark import. Cherry-ish. Reminds me of pomegranate or raspberry too.

Flot dyb bordeaux farve. Lækker skarp syre på næsen men overraskende blød smag og runder af med en skøn sødme

#14 in the 2021 Mikkeller calendar - is this beer?, or is it wine?... :-) either way very nice, beautiful colour, full cherry taste not so sweet, and with clear notes from the stones...
