Very Strong Cherry Smell. But not too Funky. Taste Cherry with some Spices. A little bit Astringency like the Cherry Skin Tannin. Good Level of Sourness. Really Nice this one.

In the lambic category, I'm definitely in the 3f/boon/cantillion/tilquin group This one isn't very sour, more of a savory cherry though, and even being a 2020, has aged meh over the past few years Still good, but was hoping for some more funk
