A Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse, Wood will Fall Down is bright and crisp at 4.2% ABV. Color is golden with a white head. Aroma blends soft notes of passionfruit, with zesty lemon peel and light bready tones. The palate is filled with tropical flavors from the passionfruit, an acidic backbone and a light malty touch in the background.
