First taste hits the brain with cognitive dissonance trying to categorise it in the beer or champagne category. But subsequent sips lets you relax, forget about labels and just enjoy the slight sweet honey bridging together the beer and champagne aspects

Tad too sweet; understand why now after checking brew notes; brewed with Riesling juice hence the sweetness. Obviously how it’s suppose to be🤗

Like apple juice, beer, and wine mixed. Not terrible but tastes like something someone would come up with at a house party after running out of adult things to drink.
