DIPA ad 7,8% met gember en dennennaalden. Fijn frisse en toch kerstige afsluiter!

4,35. Kraftfuld og fyldig Dipa, men ikke voldsom sød eller voldhunlet. Ikke imp. Olie. Men god fyldig og balanceret malt til den lidt tunge humling. Citrus,grapet, strejf af græs. Ikke harsk sød men en del humle. God mellem tung humlet ipa. Alene hjemme

小麦の香りがグッとし、ウスターソースのようなスパイシーさと少しの苦みを感じる。 Double IPAなのでもう少し華やかさがあるかと思ったが、想像とは違った。
