For Christmas we wished to reach new heights with our beloved Ich Bin Berliner series. We looked towards our American friends and their, to us, peculiar Christmas fruitcake. Ich Bin Xmas blends the tartness of currants, the sweetness of pear, the warmth of candied ginger and combined with the lactic sourness of our Berliner base, becomes perfectly balanced sour, that will give you a little flavour of that American Christmas morning
