Идеальный крепкий стаут, сухой, во вкусе бочка, кофе, шоколад. Горечь без перебора. Эйджинг ему никак не навредил, все по кайфу. Сделано в Штатах, эйджено в Калининграде, распито в Карелии )

Had 10/10/23. Very good. Four year old bottle. The maple and bourbon were quite subtle, thought they’d overtake the chocolate and coffee, but nope…was very balanced.

Hooooooooboy. Haven’t had CBS in years. Liquid s’mores with maple syrup drizzled on top. Vanilla, oak, bourbon, toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate, subtle coffee roast, creamy mouthfeel, semi-sweet bitter chocolate finish. Amazing. Takes me back.

Another cellared gem. Heavy Bourbon notes, mingled with vanilla and oak, topped off with a splash of smoky maple syrup sweetness. Softly boozy.

Late check-in from Saturday at Pauls birthday bash. Had been holding this for quite a while. One of my favorites from Founders and the last release of it I'm aware of. Loved sharing with friends.

Pulled something out of the back of the beer closet for today. Go Blue! I like it more now that the maple has faded considerably.

Coffee and maple . Coffee seems to have gotten more pronounced as it ages.

Haven’t popped one of these in a hot minute; was def worried since my last bottle tasted really odd but thankfully it must have been a fluke. This one has lost the maple, but is still a perfectly nice rich chocolate stout with a kiss of barrel. #properish
