A different CBS, more coffee and sweetness from maple syrup than chocolate, although chocolate could be mellowing rather than strong

First impression, boozy maple syrup. Very sweet, not as dark as I was expecting.

This is hella boozy. Definitely getting chocolate and bourbon but struggling to find any maple which has probably subsided with age. The aroma is great but I wanted a bit more complexity

From last night. Even though the flavors have mellowed out over the the last two years it's still a solid stout.

Nice and mild maple syrup and bourbon tones. Smooth and still boozy.
