Marvelroast

Golden Ale

Take in the wonder that is the marvelous – ahem – “marvelroast” new addition to our coffee beer lineup. We started with an imperial golden ale and brewed it with coffee, vanilla and cocoa nibs. But it doesn’t end there, folks. Milk sugar added during the brewing process lends a smooth and sweet finish, making this a delicious treat reminiscent of your favorite iced coffee drink.

Lighter than a stout, this ale delivers a coffee and vanilla flavor that is more smooth than anything I have had before.

Not a fan of coffee beers. I know, so why am I drinking this? I like the base (golden vs stout) and the vanilla + milk sugar = an almost marshmallow flavor. Liquid dessert.

This is weird. I don't think we need beer, coffee, cocoa and vanilla in these amounts. I dunno. It's different and not horrible, but I don't know how "good" it is...

Malty, caramelly, vanilla, sweet creamy coffee aromas. Tastes rich and roasty, sweet, carame, malty. Like a rich butter coffee toffee candy

Nice coffee and vanilla up front, then a sweetness that lingers just a little too long.

A sweeter kind of coffee brew. Vanilla and cocoa in this. Not bad. Couldn’t drink more than one though...

The first beer that claims coffee flavor that I actually like. So chocolate-y it tastes like dessert. Yum.
