Just a touch over the line sweet...but it is very refreshing and a good change of pace beer...9.7 makes it a bit of a velvet hammer

A tangy gose is a little salty as well as syrupy sweet with essence of berries, mango, and that prickly pear

Similar to its lime sibling, it’s the spawn of a gose IPA and a margarita. I’ve always been a fan of prickly pear fruit and it blends well with this beer.

imperial gose brewed with agave and sea salt then aged in tequila barrels. prickly pear extract added. Tasty but very, VERY sweet. Mebbe salt the room and add a wedge of lime?
