Ça sent direct le bonbon fruité artisanal, avec une base sucre cuit. Alcool super intégré. Le côté salty/dry de la gose est en retrait, c'est même un peu sirupeux. Dessert. 🍨

Wow. This is a gem! More of a fruited sour than a gose, this had so much character! Tangy with type berry notes, this is one you need to try!

Bottled 4/14/21. Went to New Mexico and looked for a prickly pear margarita I saw on the food network. Unfortunately I couldn’t remember the name of the restaurant and it was the age of the Nokia 5160 so I couldn’t do an internet search on my phone.

Like it but the fruit flavor covers the agave/tequila too much.

Frisk och fruktig med framförallt hallon och lite agave och havssalt. Lätt syrlighet och en bra sötma. Mycket gott!

Hele intense gose, bedwelmende zoete, bijna aardbei achtige geur. Dik op de tong door de toegevoegd zout. Perfect complementaire tequila en BA tonen. Heel boeiend biertje

Bit like a fruitbeer, but with salt. Some tripel like spice flavours. It's got some weight behind it too. Got a wiff of the agave. It's got an almost stout like sweetness too it. Lots of caramel. Can definitely taste the barrel. Complex fucker this one🤘

Definitely get the prickly pear (the extract takes over a bit) and the background saltiness. Slightly tart finish. The tequila takes a back seat. Bit too sweet for me, but very tasty and drinkable - booze well hidden.
