Alcoholic lime cordial with salt to balance the sweet. So good. We’ve drunk it a lot since Redwood got it in.

This is my jam, and it’s extremely toward the agave and cocktail end of flavor. Some nice sourness and I do still get the beer.

The aged tequila barrel taste reminds me of some bad nights. Very tasty though! Quite sweet and if my taste buds weren't tarnished from cheap tequila in the past I'd drink again.
