Echt supernice. Donker moutig, volle gladde ale, West coast hops (I guess Centennial) en een btj maple. Uit 2018, maar echt super goed op smaak. 4.40

Full bodied with a huge caramel and oak flavor profile. Notes of dark fruit and fig. Has a warm slightly boozy finish. Cheers!🍺

Dit is wel de betere helft. De beste helft is altijd de derde helft.

Ethanol, raisin sec, bourbon, sirop d'érable a disparu cela dit.

Sometimes you need a little help to make it through the work day. Smooth. Vanilla, oak, and molasses definitely comes through. Boozy. Bourbon is fairly muted. Oxidation is light, considering its age and that it was warm stored.

My last 2018.08.15. Aging into a Barleywine as the maple syrup has faded mostly away. Still an amazing brew. Drink now, no more aging required. Need this one back #foundersbrewing! This was best fresh to get the complexity & why it was highly rated early.

Erg jammer dat deze bieren steeds moeilijker verkrijgbaar zijn in Nederland, zijn zeker de moeite waard👍

Verrassend lekker deze old ale, zal wel aan de BA bourbon en maple syrup liggen. #properglassware

Aged 5+ yes. Nose says bready malt w/ hint of maple. Taste says hint my ass. Blast of maple followed by boozy burn. Loved this as 2009 Nemesis. Only downside is it thins out after the initial flavors. Maple lasts, but weirdly not much malt or burn in end.
