A bold beer with hops & powder, But what’s its story, I wonder should I Unravel its mystery, Or just enjoy its history, Unraveling can be risky, It can make me happy or zippy, So maybe I should just drink this beer And let it Unravel me here.

Sweet honey-malt, lemon & citrus flavors upfront with a Lightly piney-bitter on the finish, but not overwhelmingly dry. It’s a well done IPA and unique.

Dinner: za'atar-crusted grilling cheese with sumac spiced zucchini and onion over couscous! Turned out great and even better for leftovers the next day! Good beer too!
