About to become a shower beer. Has the dry finish and toasty flavor that I like from this style. Missing a lot of the caramel character though. However, I’d rather have this than an over-sweet malt bomb märzen. And those are far too common.

It’s true…I blinked and I thought I was in Bavaria…great Oktoberfest and not a moment too soon at the end of the season as I prepare to transition to a more Wintery brew. Still, it’s great for the style now and an easy drinking Oktoberfest!

Toasted biscuit nose with apricots and prunes. Medium body, honeyed toasted biscuits with more apricots and a caramel sweetness. Finish is malty with a dried apricot sweet, tanginess.
