Caffè in bella mostra, caramello e qualche estero sull'uva passa e prugna. Leggera vaniglia da affinamento. Ottima correlazione nel gusto, tratti amambili che rivelano anche biscotto a lunga cottura con entità da distillato rivelata in modo pulito.
