Cracking open the cellar aka back closet for this one. Still packing the barrel with subtle chocolate on the finish.

Tastes like scotch. I don’t know why. It’s very upsetting. The nose makes me feel like I would love it. Maybe it needs to warm up. Update: T’s glass does not taste scotchy. All coffee. My prev. glass had #4 in it. What a rollercoaster ride that was.

Spicy food is blocking the flavors but the nose is great and it's boozy as hell.

Another 2019 cellar. That’s full blown! Full stout. Huge smooth bourbon. Deep n dark cocoa. Special dark brew coffee. Vanilla beans, on 2/29/19 this beast of 12.2% was bottled. 1 hell of a day. ( drinking the goods in memory of the Rona this week! 🖕)

Feb 2019, 12.2% - flavors fading, but still bourbon and chocolate presence.

The bourbon is really mellow, letting the oak shine through. The chocolate doesn't come through as strong this year, which is just as well, imo

2 years seems to bring out the barrel aging & less chocolate, still drinks easy for 12.2, bottled 3/4/19

살짝 커피 산화취도 있고 병입일 19년3월11일인데 34개월정도가 지나서 그런지 힘이좀 빠진느낌 그래도 먹을만함

I can’t tell the difference between 2018 and 2019. They’re both delicious.

This also cellared well, though it did lose a bit of punch. Still great.

Has 3 years of bottle development made it better? Yes. Noticeably smoother than when it first came out. Too bad this is my last bottle.
