Frangelic Mountain Brown

Brown Ale - American

Hazelnut coffee-infused beer. The quintessential taproom "one-off" beer. Founders’ brewers created the Mountain Brown series for their taproom in Grand Rapids in 2007. It’s the 16th iteration in the series of popular brown ales and it likely won’t be the last. The singular characteristic of this beer comes from the use of hazelnut coffee in the brewing process. The beer has distinct aromatics with sweet and nutty flavors beautifully balanced.

Excellent brew—right balance of bitterness to sweet cocoa. Great mouth feel.

Very rye forward, almost covers the brown & coffee flavors. But it pairs very well with Mac & cheese.

Orzeszkowa kawa, bardzo ładnie pachnie. W ustach wodniste słodkie, mocno orzechowe, lekko palone, trochę za mocno nagazowane, alko ukryte.

Первый браун, который мне понравился. В отличие от русских крафтовых экспериментов не сладкий, обладает приятным ореховым ароматом, кофейным вкусом, и долгим послевкусием турецкого кофе.
