On my palate it is the first of its kind. I love sessionable brews for the days off I get to celebrate. This one opens a new door that I approve of. A lighter version of a great brew is great as well. Cheers.

For a lighter, deeper Session, it’s got good flavor. Very dark and hoppy. Picks up just a hint of Carmel but no stickiness.

I know some folks can't stand the combo of roasted malts and IPA hops, but I really enjoy Black IPAs, and this is very flavorful at a low abv. Lots to love.

As soon as I cracked the can it smelled exactly like the hot electrical components of a slot car or model train set… can’t believe I just wrote that.
