This may have sealed the fate of my future thoughts on ever trying black ipa again. The smoky, roasty, dark notes are too much. I dislike maltiness as it is, & that’s all can get off this one. Only had maybe two gulps equivalent as I sipped. Canned 8/9/23

Not a fan. Like someone poured a weak coffee stout into a weak IPA.

Burnt after taste in my opinion. One of my favorite breweries . I love everything I’ve had (10 different beers)so far except for this one. Hard pass for me.

My brother's "favorite" (LOL) style of beer. Even founder can make a good on. This is the worse style of beer ever. That being said, Founders did as good as you could with this crap style.
