Nose: Pure Espresso and bourbon: Taste: nice sour mouthfeel, not oily at all, strong espresso, light bourbon with light roasty malt notes

I don’t want to lower my score n throw the ratings off but I will say I enjoyed it more prior to aging it a little. It mellowed out too much

You can taste the alcohol, but it’s good.

1 year aged. Overwhelming coffee with a little chocolate, but not quite mocha. Not as boozy or bold a year old.

Coffee roast dominates and maybe covers up the chocolate and bourbon barrel goodness.

Espresso aroma. Thick heavy velvet backbone. Coffee, burnt malt, bourbon flavors. Bourbon, burnt malt espresso aftertaste. Thanks Eric R.
