WFH HH D253 / New Beers Day 111: Pours dark as oil with a full head and cocoa nose. Smooth, strong chocolatey start leads to a full body heavy with rich coffee. Finish is a boozy velvety hammer of BBA with notes of coconut. Truly exceptional!

KBS with double coffee and chocolate. I mean really. Does it get any better. A bit booze but at this ABV this should be expected. Glad I don’t have to drive anywhere.

Coffee, barrel, stout, and a hint of chocolate blend like a string quartet. Heavy body. Off-dry, barrel notes on the finish. Coffee acidity & alcohol “heat” are borderline harsh but would play well with a creamy dessert.
