I wasn’t a big fan of this vintage about a year ago, and it’s even worse now. Very dry and somewhat bitter, like sucking on a barrel stave that’s been rolled in cocoa powder.

It's still smooth, but I get a lot of charcoal and roasted flavours. Some sweet bourbon in the aftertaste together with a wry bitterness. Totally different from the other ones I've had over the year but still great.

Smooth, dark chocolate opening, boozy malty middle, and that espresso bourbon kick at the end. Drinking really good as we get all caught up on Last of Us.
