Lots of chocolate. Can imagine mackinac fudge. Sweetness is balanced with bitterness. Not getting maple. Still yum. Good chocolate aroma. Great if you want chocolate.

Foul smell in glass. Ok in bottle, Strong Oak barrel and alcohol. Same in Mouth, not much texture, strong barrel, bit of Maple, coffee bitterness. Sweet.

This is a delicious barrel aged classic. Perfect balance of fudge and maple. One of the better stouts I've had in a long time. thx Ferg! #fergfest21

Yes! A great tasting beer with a bit of zest, and a slight sweet taste to it. Good taste and high APV makes for a great beer.
