Clear amber beer, thin creamy eggshell head. Aroma: fruity esters, ripe peach/apricot, vanilla, solvent, sharp, alcohol. Taste: sweet, smooth, maple, thick, ripe peach/apricot, alcohol, liquor, oak/wood, low bitterness and astringency. Modest carbonation.
