This is wonderful! Great balance of maple and molasses, but not too sweet! One of the better old ales I’ve had. Def recommend. This year is a great one!

Très maltée, pas mal boozy, sucre assez bien dosé. Heavy stuff, à boire doucement. C’est bon mais pas la découverte du siècle.

Beautiful sweetness of rich toffee and brown sugar. A bit boozy warm as to be expected.

2018 bottle. So tasty. Brown sugar permeates with a warm, boozy bourbon kick.

Really sweet. It's a solid barrel aged, but there's NO WAY I can drink this giant bottle by myself this evening.

So, 4 years in the cellar treated her well. Sharing this bomber with some great friends at six points boat club. Bourbon hints with maple through the finish, cant taste any abv... fantastic.

Pulling from the cellar tonight! This is from 2018, maple syrup bourbon barrel aged Old Curmudgeon. Superb with some age. This was a little hot when it was new.
